Rat Race have once again joined forces with Shelter to bring you the capital’s most fun packed 10km next summer. Round up your mates and get ready to swim, crawl, jump, slide and laugh your way around the wettest obstacle race in the UK.
The acquatic obstacle course starts inside the ExCel centre, with participants will facing a quick fire barrage of obstacles before they head out on to the dockside.
The course will feature a 20 foot Dock jump, fun kayaking sections, swimming and loads of obstacles.
This is a totally unique challenge in London’s Docklands achievable by anyone with a sense of adventure and a sense of humour!
